Remember back in October I posted about keeping a cleaner fridge and eating cleaner, too? Well, I have come down 20 lbs since that date! Yay! It feels great although I still have a little more to lose to reach my goal. I have also since that date, read a couple health books and am currently keeping a food journal and reporting to a few friends and family members who have similar goals right now. Cheers to seven more pounds to go!
